IN THE MIDST OF SUMMER FUN MAKE TIME FOR WELLNESS
Before your summer calendar fills up, schedule your biometric health screening to get health numbers including your blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, weight, height, and triglycerides. A screening can help you build a healthier lifestyle and is also the first step to completing the Personal Health Assessment for a $120 yearly reduction in health insurance premiums to those enrolled in OSU’s health insurance plan. Schedule your biometric screening online at yourplanforhealth.com (select “Assessing Health Risks” link).
ONCAMPUS WANTS TO KNOW WHAT YOU DO OUTSIDE OF OSU
onCampus, Ohio State’s faculty/staff newspaper, is seeking faculty, staff or graduate students to be featured in a story about unique hobbies or activities that OSU employees participate in outside of the university (more specifically, the pursuits that help define who you are as a person.) If it somehow leads back to who you are as an OSU employee, even better, but it’s not required. Participation includes a short e-mail or phone interview as well as a photo of you doing your hobby or activity, which you can supply or onCampus can take.
