SponsorPreparing outgoing mail for your department? Make it efficient/easy with the Meter Mail Request form. The MMR form conveys needed instructions to Mail Services staff for proper processing of your items to be sent. The form is here: ociolaportal.osu.edu. Further, this form converts your chart field into a barcode, significantly reducing errors when entering your data. Please create a new form for each mailing, as you may have questions about a particular mailing at some point. Contact Mail Services here or at 614-292-2694.

Ohio State was targeted by a similar scheme, but the administrator involved recognized that the email was a phishing message and promptly reported it. You are our first line of defense; continue to work smart and follow the best practices we’ve listed on our website.
