Over the last few months, Accounts Payable has reminded users not to write on invoices. We have new technology (Optical Character Recognition – “OCR”) on the way to help us process invoices more efficiently, but need your help to prepare! Read our recent news release for upcoming requirements. Effective Nov. 1, 2019, Central University AP no longer appends email messages to invoice submissions. If AP needs to be alerted to additional information concerning an invoice, please email.

Summer mentoring program in digital animation for young women

Digital Animation: A Technology Mentoring Program for Young Women is a free summer program for students currently in the 7th and 8th grades in central Ohio schools. Each year the program selects young women, through an application process, to work with women mentors from arts and technology fields at Ohio State. For two weeks, the selected young women work in teams while learning 3D computer animation techniques, practicing problem-solving skills and engaging in collaborative learning in the creation of short animated films. Apply by March 5.
