Ahlqvist named to posts in Academic Enrichment, Honors and Scholars Center

Ola Ahlqvist has accepted the position of associate vice provost for Academic Enrichment (AE) and executive director of the University Honors and Scholars Center. A new office in Student Academic Success, AE comprises a variety of academic enrichment programs and centers. Ahlqvist joined Ohio State's Department of Geography in 2005 and currently serves as director for the Service-Learning office.

Buckeye grads among 'world’s most employable'

According to Times Higher Education — which compiles data to rank higher education institutions internationally — Ohio State graduates are among the 20 "most employable" in the United States and in the top 60 in the world. The ranking is the latest to recognize Ohio State and our stellar grads. Wall Street Journal lists the university as No. 12 in the nation for sought-after graduates, and U.S. News & World Report ranks Ohio State consistently in the top 20 public U.S. universities overall.
