Organ transplantation at Ohio State saves lives…9,764 and counting!

Every year during April’s “Donate Life” month, a pinwheel garden is planted on the Wexner Medical Center plaza. This year 9,700 pinwheels will be planted, each representing a lifesaving organ transplant performed at Ohio State since 1967. Rudesill receives Drell Academic Achievement Award

Dakota S. Rudesill, assistant professor at the Moritz College of Law and Mershon Center for International Security Studies faculty affiliate, recently received the Sidney D. Drell Academic Achievement Award from the Intelligence and National Security Alliance at a ceremony at the U.S. Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C. The award recognizes his path-breaking scholarship regarding national security and for his teaching, including creating The Ohio State National Security Simulation.
