Sponsor Accounts Payable: Doing business annually with a vendor?

Make sure your vendor has an updated FY19 purchase order for FY19 invoices! As an end-user, communicating with your vendors is a key part of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. When placing orders, you can assist your vendors by making sure they have an active and valid PO for reference. Processing and payment may be delayed if an invalid PO is referenced. Visit AP’s website to learn more about valid purchase orders.
